Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by a Kingse Safaris representative and transferred to your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure recovering from your flight. Optional city tour available depending on arrival time.

Days 2 - 3: Amboseli National Park – At the Foot of Mount Kilimanjaro

Amboseli National Park – At the Foot of Mount Kilimanjaro

Depart Nairobi after breakfast and head south to Amboseli, famous for its large elephant herds and views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy a game drive upon arrival.

On Day 3, spend the day on morning and afternoon game drives in search of lions, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and a variety of birds around the seasonal swamps and open plains.

Optional cultural visit to a local Maasai village to experience traditional customs and dances.

Days 4 - 5: Lake Elementaita & Lake Nakuru – Rift Valley Gems

After breakfast, journey through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Elementaita, a serene soda lake home to flamingos and pelicans. Enjoy birdwatching and a peaceful evening by the lake.

On Day 5, head to nearby Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its rhinos, tree-climbing lions, and vibrant birdlife. Explore the park with morning and afternoon game drives before returning to your lodge at Elementaita.

Days 6 - 7: Masai Mara National Reserve – Safari Crown Jewel

Drive west to the world-renowned Masai Mara. En route, enjoy scenic stops and lunch before your first game drive in the afternoon. Look out for elephants, lions, cheetahs, and more across the sweeping savannah.

On Day 7, enjoy full-day game viewing, including a picnic lunch in the bush. The Masai Mara offers some of Africa’s best wildlife sightings, with a high chance of seeing the Big Five. In the evening, engage in an insightful discussion with a Maasai warrior about traditions, rites of passage, and daily life.

Optional: Begin Day 7 with an unforgettable hot air balloon safari at sunrise, followed by a champagne breakfast on the plains (additional cost).

Day 8: Depart Masai Mara Return to Nairobi

Depart Masai Mara Return to Nairobi

After an early breakfast, take your final game drive as you exit the reserve. Return to Nairobi via road or optional domestic flight. Drop-off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or city hotel for onward connections.
